This program is customized to your needs and circumstances to help you transition to a new position or career. The program has eleven parts:

In the first phone meeting, Hal will review the services available and offer advice on matters needing immediate attention. You will

• discuss your goals and objectives for your next job and career
• discuss the parts of a self-marketing plan
• review job-search strategies
• talk about the emotional effects of losing a job
• agree on an action plan
• discuss other needs or issues unique to you

You’ll receive a copy of Hal Patterson’s book, Take Charge of Your Health Care Career: Successful Job-Search Strategies for the Health Care Professional, published by the Medical Group Management Association. Although the book focuses on health care, it offers background and templates for executive-transition in any field.

Hal uses confidential, one-on-one phone sessions or can travel to your location if you ask and pay for travel expenses.

Your investment

Individual clients: $5,000.00 plus travel expenses, if appropriate

Groups: $1,600.00 per person for groups up to 10 people
